We are a House of Prayer, an Equipping Center and a Transformation Center.

Our long term goal is to be open for prayer & worship 24 hours a day, 7 days a week & 365 days a year. The long term vision is that all of the ministries born at the Refuge will be in full operation 24/7/365. We are moving forward and developing with that model in mind.
The House of Prayer: Hosting the Presence of God
Isaiah 56:7 We are a house of prayer for all peoples. Our primary ministry is to host the Presence of God.
